Blackbone have come up trumps again with this fantastic 2 speed gearbox for the HPI Baja and Clones.
The unit uses 2 high quality one way steel caged one way bearings for maximum durability. (Most other 2 speeds only use one). Fully interchangeable steel gears available in a range of ratios. Comes with any two ratios of your choice!!
MCD Inner (Idler Gear->Centre Diff Input) Steel Gears
The gears have machined 18mm squares for fitting with no modifications needed and are case hardened for long life and strength.

Great diff locker from Blackbone.
Best put to use in either the centre or front diff.
Simply remove the internal diff gears and slip the Blackbone diff locker in there place.
The diff lockers have been machined by experts and case hardened for trouble free use.
